In addition, the Associate Board serves as a networking opportunity for young professionals. Mission StatementFairygodmother Foundation grants wishes to adults facing terminal illness. Foundation FactsEligible Recipients: Individuals 18 and older diagnosed with a year or less to live. Typical Recipient: A 40-year-old mother of two battling breast cancer and hoping to leave lasting memories for her children. Percent of Wishes Involving Children: 80% Age of Charity: Nine years Number of Wishes Fulfilled: 950+ in all 50 states Number of Full-Time Staff: Four Percentage of Funds Devoted Directly to Wish-Granting: 76% |
